We are actively hiring for Assistant Manager Warehouse Operations role with an Ecommerce Client for Medchul (Hyderabad location)

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate /PG with MBA in Operations/Supply Chain. Minimum Experience: 7 Years
Location: Medchul
Rotational Shifts ( Day/Night )
Age Limit 38 Years Max
6 Days Working ( one day off during the week )
Preferred Industry E-commerce ,Manufacturing, Automobile ,FMCG ,Warehousing
Job Profile:
Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic program, in a large
scale Fulfilment/ warehouse setup. Controls inventory levels by reconciling with data storage system. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies & vision. Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security. Work towards key performance indicators. Customer focused & results driven approach. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design
layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for
replacement. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning
employees; following up on work results. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
