Job Description
An excellent opportunity for young and dynamic Interior Designing professional to work for an Interior Designing company located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A very well known company dealing with Furnished villa projects, Resorts and Hotel projects and high rise tower projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The company is now looking to hire - Interior designers from India on urgent basis.
The candidate must be a graduate in architecture / or degree in interior designing are accepted.
Candidates must be between age group of 27 o 35.
Must have proven work experience of minimum 03 to 04 years.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
Experience with computational design, must be Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Candidates with Indian experience can also apply / it will be added advantage if candidate knows driving.
Job Role :
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices
- Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities
- Work closely with contractors, decorators, architects and constructors
- Experience managing a department of 4 or more design staff including budget estimates and project schedules
Terms of Employment
02 years renewable contract
09 hours duty including break for food and prayers
Company provided free bachelor executive shared accommodation
40 days leaves after completing contract with tickets provided by company
Salary upto SAR 5000 Riyals with food allowance will be paid
Local transport, medical and insurance will be provided by the company
Candidates are eligible for family visa, salary increment & yearly vacation from 3rd year onward
Selection and Deployment
Telephonic interview directly with client and immediate selection will be done.
Departure will be done once the temporary flight restriction is lifted from India to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - which is till 31st March 2021.
Offer letter will be provided within 05 working days after selection.
