- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
- I provide support to the store staff in UK and Ireland by speaking to them or by being available to help resolve their queries/concerns by troubleshooting in the quickest available manner
- I deliver quality and reliable service to my customers and/or colleagues as per agreed Key Performance Indicators/ guidelines of the process with the support of my managers.
- I am available for 34 hrs per week speaking to store colleagues in UK/Ireland
