Job Description
Remuneration: Rs 20,500 per month inclusive of allowances. After 6 months of consistent performance, you'll get promotion and your remuneration will be Rs 25,500 per month.
Job description: You have to (a) do career education counselling of students/ parents, (b) conduct career assessment & CAP-contests (c) teach online (d) collaborate with institutes/employers (d) report local educational information and (f) manage a team of career advisors.
Workplace: New Delhi (NSUT Road, Dwarka Mor) and NOIDA (C-12, Sector 10). Timings 9 to 6 Monday to Saturday. This is not a work from home opportunity.
Skills: Self-starter, eagerness to communicate with parents/students, good presentation and social media skills.
Eligibility & Prerequisite: Graduate/Master's degree with good knowledge of any one subject and Certification as Career Professional (CCP), which is mandatory. You must possess a laptop.
CCP Training: Consists of 15 modules of theory, activity & practical which is self-paced, can be completed in one month to three months. The training fee, which is Rs 36,000 will be financed by the Council and the certification will be borne by the trainee. Also, if you'll do full-time training from the office, you'll be paid a stipend of Rs 5,000/-.
The Organisation: Margdarshak is under the aegis of Careerlinked Education Council which is set up under section 8 of MCA, Govt of India. To implement the Career Achievement Programme (CAP) in approx. 3 lakhs of Sr/Secondary schools, colleges and universities in a phased manner, trained and certified Career Professionals are required on an urgent basis.
Selection Process: Online career skills test which requires contact details (name, email, mobile) of 3 parents/students, followed by HR interaction.
