This is regarding an opening we have with cyber security and technology management organisation for Following:
Business Development Internship:
We are looking for candidates who can work in a challenging environment. To excel in this role, it is crucial for you to be attentive, have a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. The main focus of this role is Opportunity Identification and Opportunity Ownership. Given the dynamic nature of the security market, it is critical that candidates are self-motivated and highly organised to be successful. Being a team player is critical to this position.
What You Can Expect: A challenging environment where your core skills can be identified, developed and utilized.
Potential primary responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Creating sales pitches.
- Finding and following new credible leads
- Researching organizations to find new opportunities.
- Brainstorming with the team to develop new strategies to improve sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings.
- Assist in developing customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Assist in developing a database and maintaining the records of qualified leads.
- Researching market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have an ability to multi-task.
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Be proactive and handle uncertain situations.
- Be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
