Job Title: Scrum Master
Job Location: OMR, Kandanchavadi, Chennai.
Experience: 12+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a change agent to bring in agile culture in software development teams.
- Lead and coach the organization in successful Scrum adoption.
- Exercise the authority to ensure whether the team enacts and adheres to the Scrum values, principles, and practices.
- Be responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Ability to track and remove impediments.
- Create sprint board, and make sure user stories are created and available before Day 1 of the sprint for development.
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Manages multiple projects
Required Skills:
- 12+ Years of overall experience
- 4+ years of experience working as a scrum master / scrum coach
- Experience in Healthcare domain
- Strong process knowledge, knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Experience working with JIRA, and generating reports about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
- Ability to understand technical/functional issues reported by the team, and act as a catalyst in issue resolution
- Drive defect triaging call for quick closure of tickets
- Strong communicate skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Metrics driven and ability to monitor, track and show improvements on the same.
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- CSM or similar Certifications.
- Exposure to SOA, micro services, AWS etc.
- Experience delivering Healthcare based projects / programs.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer and related.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate.
- To work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary support to the team.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
