Title: Oracle Developer/ Configurator / Consultant / Module lead / Architect/ Project Manager [XTGL_]
Location: Gachibowli, Hyd (Onsite after Covid-19)
Type: Permanent
Oracle Developer/ Configurator
- Has Strong communication skills
- Functional/ Technical consultant with strong skills
- Oracle Certified
- Should Worked hands-on on min 2 implementations
- Proficient in at least 1 of the modules in the required stream
- Data Migration, Interfaces, Reports
Oracle Consultant
- Exp : 4 to 6 years
- Has Strong Communication skills
- Functional/ Technical consultant with strong skills
- Should have worked on min 3 implementations leading the module
- Involved in solution design, configuration, User testing etc.
- Is able to work independently
- Proficient in at least 2 of the modules in the required stream
- Data Migration, Interfaces, Reports
Project/ Domain/ Module lead
- Exp: 10 to 12 Years
- Has Strong Communication skills
- Functional/ Technical lead with strong skills
- Should have worked on min 5 implementations leading the module/ domain/ project
- Involved in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, User testing etc.
- Has played customer facing roles on at least 3 implementations
- Is able to work independently and lead a team
- Should have led the module in at least one of the modules.
- Should be proficient in at least 3 modules from the related stream
- Data Migration, Interfaces, Reports
Architect/ Project Manager
- Exp : 12+ Years
- Has Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience as Solution Architect or Project Manager
- Should have strong domain knowledge in the related stream and should have led projects at the stream level.
- Should have worked on min 3 implementations as Customer facing Architect or Project Manager.
- Involved in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, User testing etc.
- Has an understanding of estimation, project delivery and project management standards.
- Data Migration, Interfaces, Reports
