Job Description

3 + Years experience in the following:
o Strong analytic skills and an appetite for quick learning.
o Good orientation towards quality, processes and SDLC, Agile methodologies
o Experience in producing detailed documentation from the requirement, design phase through to release.
o Bachelor s/Master s degree in Software/Engineering or MCA
o Excellent communication skills. Worked 3+ years in a customer facing position.
o Experience in the Financial, Banking Insurance or Healthcare Industry is preferred
o Technical Experience:
2+ years of experience with FICO Blaze Advisor 6.x and above with strong working experience in developing Business rules, templates, Decision tree, Tables & Score cards
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies
Good experience in database technologies
Understanding of cloud based development and deployment
Knowledge of integration technologies and Design Pattern is desirable.
Work as a Consultant in a technology / functional area and collaborate with the onsite / client team to understand, develop and implement client requirements.
Design, develop, test and deploy customized software solutions using FICO offerings.
Use diagrams and tools to write programs, investigate and fix bugs, and install solutions.
Continually learn new technologies in related areas.
What We re Seeking
Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science or related disciplines, or relevant technology/domain experience.
Proficient in implementing software solutions including writing technical specifications, designing, developing, testing and deploying systems / applications.
Experience in maintaining/updating solution source code.
Experience in documenting product features and presenting them to technical / business audience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, show initiative, and respond quickly in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Ability to work well as part of a geographically diverse team.
