Job Description
Urgent opening for Fleet Operations Manager in ICICI Lombard.
- Designation: Fleet Operations Manager
- Location: Vashi, Mumbai
- Education: Full-time graduation is mandatory
- Experience: 3+ years of managerial experience in handling fleet operations for field executives
- Max CTC: 12 lacs p.a.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage fleet in multiple locations
- Training the staff on application usage, identify new training requirements based on customer feedback & data analysis
- Hands on experience in tracking fleet movement on ground
- Daily team briefing to help staff with planning for the assigned task & keep them motivated
- Real time monitoring & provide assistance to ground team
- Monitoring customer request & planning successful service delivery
- Managing case allocation to ensure executives reaches the location as per customers requested time
- Conducting root cause analysis on trip level data to gather insights & bring process improvement
- Collecting insights & provide inputs to improve case management system
- Responding to issues/query raised, customer escalation & provide feedback to staff
- Continuously improving the throughput and attain a sustainable level of customer satisfaction
- Resolving all ground staff disciplinary issues on immediate basis
- Roster management & manpower planning to ensure daily operations are not impacted
- Taking responsibility for the business performance & build measures for quality control
- Frequent on-ground visits to understand ground level challenges & bring process improvements
- Co-ordination with Hospitals/garages for smooth execution of daily operations
- Build strong relationship with partner hospitals/garages to get timely support
- Build success matrix for team members & review the same on regular basis
- Conducting team meeting & performance review
- Resolving area level operational issues or challenges
- Ability to create MIS/reports & create performance dashboard for weekly & monthly review
