Position :- Field Sales Executive Profile
Location :- Delhi/NCR
Expereince Required :- Minimum 6 Months expereince
CTC :- Upto 20K

Job Profile :-
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Responsible for achieving daily demanding Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store Brand visibility and to execute company's policy & strategies.
To identify and appoint New Distributors/Dealers/Retailers in the region of Delhi/NCR.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Compiling marketing data in respect of orders, repeat orders received, material supplied, complaints/other issues raised by the retailers, consumers and the remedial measures taken.
Organize promotional activities for new products/services.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Desired Skills
Should have Knowledge in FMCG Industry.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Should have knowledge of MS Office.
Should have Excellent Convincing Power.
