JD:
Extract the obligations from the contracts as per the framework for extraction defined by COG team.
Highlight the uncommon, high-risk and/or high attention obligations- call out the hidden commitments, commitments which are difficult to implement/track, etc.
Evolve a repository of things to insist and things to refuse clauses in contracts
Work with automation team to validate the output from the tool
Build the expertise to manage rules, add new rules of extraction
Provide feedback to EWB team and assist them in improving the precision/accuracy
Skills:
Law Graduates
Experience in outsourcing IT contracts
Prior experience in Legal Process Outsourcing, dealing with IT Services / Solution Contracts is preferred
Proficiency in reading and understanding contracts, especially service/solution oriented contracts
Prior experience in abstraction and summarization of contractual clauses, commitments
Knowledge of contracts architecture and terminology (Schedules, Exhibits, amendments, addendums, SoW, Work order etc.)
High Analytical skills
Very good command of written and oral English
Knowledge on Computers Microsoft office especially
