POSITION SUMMARY
The person is central to helping the new and lateral hires settle comfortably within the organization. He/ She would be the point of contact for connecting one - one with them to do a pulse check on a regular intervals and functioning as a liaison to resolve challenges. He/ She will be responsible for organizing focus group discussions, engagement sessions periodically to help them settle within the company. He/ She will play a proactive role in identifying and addressing areas for improvement
Will be supporting in all HR operational activities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying the challenges of new hires
Primary point of contact in facilitating, settling in the new joiners, identifying potential high risk issues and escalating as appropriate.
Work on newsletters, internal communications, events and programs for new hires for the purpose of creating a cohesive and enriching experience for all new hires
Analysis of data, identifying trends and pulse checks within the organization.
Initiates cohort sessions through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, mentorship program and other methodology.
Strategically collaborates with and builds relationships across functional divisions and key stakeholders.
