Who are we looking for?
Role Designation - Corporate Sr. IT Recruiter (Only Female)
Experience Range - 3 to 7 years
What is the work?
- Responsible for handling the end to end recruitment cycle.
- Hiring the best talent through LinkedIn, Referrals, Naukri, Monster etc.
- Working on all IT (majorly) & Non-IT profiles of the company.
- Conducting face to face interviews within the company, doing the salary negotiation and releasing the offer letters to the candidates.
- Ensuring the timely and successful closure of all open job requisitions.
- Creating a pipeline of resources for open & future positions.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 3 yrs of recruitment experience with an IT company.
- 3 yrs of experience of taking f2f interviews for inhouse hiring only in an IT company.
- 3 yrs of experience of hiring through naukri job portal, social media websites.
- Experience of headhunting.
- Should have excellent communication & convincing skills.
