Job Description

Job Title: US IT Junior/Senior Bench Sales Recruiters Job location: Punjagutta, Hyderabad Experience: 2-6 Yrs. Positions: 30

Availability: Immediate to start (Onsite Only) Shift: (Eastern Time Zone) ** Working hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM Indian Standard Time (Night Shifts Only) ** Job Requirements: A qualified candidate must have at least 2 years of proven Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market.


Roles and Responsibilities: Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc. Must have good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process. Must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing. Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.


Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities. Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis. Need great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks. Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.


Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.


Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc. Prior Knowledge on paper work validation and Immigration documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
  • Must have excellent spoken communication skills in English.
  • Must have strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring
  • Need to interact, develop student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for Classroom Training/Marketing.
  • Must be able to get Project Transfer resources from their own database or through referrals.
  • Should have active database of OPT candidates and also have some understanding about the updated Technologies in the market.
  • Desired experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, Social Networking sites.
  • Must have hands on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
  • Need to know end-to-end life-cycle of recruiting.
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
  • Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
  • Good ability to identify and validate business opportunities.
  • Great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
  • Motivation, drive, initiation skills and a Can-Do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a target driven work culture.
