We are looking for Customer Service Executive - Chennai.
Experience - 2-5 Years
CTC - upto 3.8L
Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days
Shifts - Rotational

- Operate as a vital link between the client and the operations
- Monitor/assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
- Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
- Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Manage queues / workflow and shift scheduling
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of all reports
Requisites:
- Email and Chat experience.
- Client handling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to lead a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Customer service orientation
- Inter-cultural awareness
- Initiative
- Working knowledge on MS Office suite with proficiency in excel must .
