Roles and Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for Projects Delivery & Management within Time, Budget and Quality Standards defined by Company. Should have performed Technical hands-on in past.
• Provide leadership to the software engineering team for our product area.
• Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and timely delivery of Solution with Quality Standards & Budget.
• Perform effective project management & technical leadership role. Responsible to create project plan, project schedule, track the plan till complete delivery.
• Monitor technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunity
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• To estimate and plan projects from start to end, with built in contingencies.
• Develop a detailed project plan / schedule to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience with Java, J2EE , Webservices (SOAP / REST), Angular JS & .Net Technology with Sound experience working with SQL/Oracle/MySQL

Total Experience between 8 to 12 years out of which a minimum of 2 years as Project Manager

Education Qualification :

Graduate BE/Btech/MCA Post Graduate
