Job Description

Profile- Customer Care Executive

Campaign- International Voice Process

Work Culture- 5 Hours Shift

Fixed Night shifts on Week days (Monday-Friday)

Rotational Night shifts on Weekends (Saturday-Sunday, Any 5 hours between 8:30 PM to 7 AM)

5 Days a Week working (2 Days consecutive rotational Offs).

Work Location- Gurgaon Phase 5.
(First 3 months work from office and then Permanent WORK FROM HOME)

Eligibility-
Undergraduate, Graduates, Post Graduates, 12+

1.5 years of BPO experience

Excellent English Communications

System Requirement- (While Working from home)
Laptop/Desktop
Windows 10 Operating system
4 GB RAM
i3 Processor
Broadband Connection 10-100MBPS

Both side pick and drop (Non A.C. Cabs)
