Hi All,

We are hiring for Quality Analyst role.

5 days working

Work location - Gurgaon Udyog vihar phase 5.

Training Period-3 months

Initially it is 3 months of work from office and after that it will be work from home.

Should have own laptop or desktop for work from home.

Cab facility will be provided.

Required Experience-

Worked as Quality Analyst

Have experience for inbound or customer service process

Candidate who can join immediately are preferred

Required skill set :

1-Audit team calls

2-Call Calibration

3-Coaching, feedback sharing (Face to face/Emails)

3-Managing team SLA's and KPI's

4-Preparing quality reports
