Job Description
Senior SAP Solution Architect having over 15-18 years of experience and atleast performing the role of Solution Architect for last 2-3 years.Should have excellent client services and technical skills; expertise with architecture, design, and implementation of SAP solutions. Should have experience rightfrom gathering customer requirements to implementing the solution.Candidates should have a high energy level, experience within consulting organizations, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Architect, design, communicate, and deliver innovative end-to-end SAP Solutions.
- Engage with leading customers and strategic partners to identify and define solution requirements.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of industry practices, software solutions, and methodologies to make technical recommendations on complex problem resolution, coupled with an approach that utilizes repeatable, efficient processes and best practices.
- Provide direct technical leadership as a subject matter expert on high-profile projects.
- Lead team in driving and delivering customer solutions.
- Performing integration architecture and design activities.
- Participating in resolving technology integration problems.
- Act as a mentor, coach or trainer to consultants by sharing business or technical expertise.
- Should have led multiple SAP engagements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication throughout projects.
- Should be aware of SAP Product Roadmap
- Participate in SAP product roadmap and Solution strategy discussions
- Participate in Presales and Proposal responses including identifying the right solution, Scoping, crafting Solution Approach, Estimation, Quality process adherence, etc.
- Should have experience in S4 HANA and SAP Activate Methodology. Should have been certifiedin any of SAP areas.
- Should have a good understanding of the overall SAP functionality and the interdependence and he business process flow within SAP
- Should have outstanding analytical and communication skills.
- Hands on experience more than one Functional areas and Technical areas.
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ready to travel
