Job Description
Position: OPT Recruiter
Experience : 1-6 Years
Job Location: Gachibowli , Hyderabad, India
Office Time: 7:30PM to 4:30AM IST (Night Shift)
TechnoGen is looking for aggressive professionals those who can join our US IT Staffing team in Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expert in sourcing H1B Transfer candidates .
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
- Should have good understanding about the visas & immigration process.
- Should be able to educate the consultants.
- Strong experience in getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources .
- Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
- Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
- Well versed with different sources of finding , identifying a bringing the candidates for marketing .
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to work in US timings.
- Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.
- Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
- Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethics
- Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Out of the box thinker and high on integrity.
- Preferably immediate joiner
