Job Description
1. Offers superior customer service and cultivates relationships with clients to sell & develop future business utilizing effective selling skills.
2. Responsible for achieving monthly target calls, sales goals, delivery goals and
creating and maintaining a client base.
3. Utilizes strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude,
and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.
4. Provides sales services to clientele, including target calls, full presentation boards for
design projects.
5. Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to Interiors, furniture,
home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of
construction features.**
6. Stays current on interior design trends in their local market.
7. Assists all customers as called in rotation and ensures appropriate order procedures
and processing.
8. Maintains client contact from order writing through delivery to ensure client
satisfaction.
9. Participates in: training, weekly sales meetings, working reports, answering phones,
greeting, catalog / price list upkeep.
10. Ability to generate project leads and successfully close.
