Candidate profile - Your key responsibility includes managing multiple Stakeholders and SPOCS, synchronization with backend and onsite teams.
Must have between 4+ Years of experience in Recruitment industry.
Outstanding in frequent coordination with multiple checkpoints / SPOCS / onsite team / stakeholders etc.
Must be open to work driven by SLAs and structure data steadily (on HRMS tool, Excel etc.) should be good in reporting & analysis.
Ensuring on time delivery, identifying gap areas and must communicate issues to respective heads that may impact the deadlines and also suggest viable solutions.
You must be an exceptional communicator and a great negotiator. You should be good at maintaining relations & interaction with senior members to discuss the metrics.
