Job Summary Looking after all sales related activities, Liaison with existing and new Architects PMCs, Market mapping and finding leading Architects, PMC, Dealers, Hotels, Tapping New markets.
Detailed Job Profile

We have open positions inDelhi or Chandigarh or Dehradun

Looking after all sales related activities in Delhi or Chandigarh or Dehradun and other states of Northern region with Ground work F2F meetings and communication.

Liaison with existing and new Architects PMCs (Principle and juniors) and builders and near by area for Retail Business & Project business.

Market mapping and finding leading Architects, PMC, Dealers, Hotels & ensure implementation ofSalesstrategies to crack them to get business.

Setup & Manage Dealer Network as per target.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing and product offering. Find New Opportunities for company business growth.

Tapping New markets with zero business as per set geo area.

Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goal.

Collecting booking amount (Advance) from client and submitting same to finance.

Assisting operation in processing of Sales order and payment follow up.

Must work with furniture industry in retail or in projects segment.
