Job Description

1 Generate Retail Health business through Agents in the assigned territory
Identifying and Recruiting Potential Health Agents on regular basis
Managing the Health Agents Team & Tracking Activation of Agents regularly
Handling the Health Retail Products like Health, P.A. & Travel.
Train & Motivate the agents/advisors and ensuring their productivity.
Drive them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement.
Desirable Skills :
' 1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language.'
