The primary roles and responsibilities of the body of knowledge of sales house are:
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and
expense controls.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales
representatives.
Constantly create and apply new ideas and strategies for sales conversion.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status.
Expertise:
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations
- The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
- Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- an ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
