Technical experience in the area of requirement analysis, design, development, performance tuning, technology assessment in Middleware technologies.
Strong Leadership experience in Solution/ Project/ offering/ Pursuit Management with strong experience in delivering with high quality and within budgets in onsite offshore Agile model
Program / Portfolio Management, PMP Certified.
Possess good soft skills [Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Management, and Negotiation].
