Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:
Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance
To call the customers and inform them regarding pending premiums of their Insurance Policy
Retaining the existing customers
To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan
Convinced them to deposit EMI on time

Desired Candidate:
Proficiency in Languages: English and Hindi
Regional candidates: Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Oriya, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu, can also apply and will be highly preferred
Candidate should have good communication skills with convincing ability
Amicable and team player
Customer Focused
Exposure to Dialer, CRM and related tools/ software will be considered
