Job Description
Excellent oral and written communication skills, should be able to handle UK customers.
Provide IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
Previous experience of any international process with hardware troubleshooting is preferred
Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service
Providing technical solutions to different problems of clients by taking the help of different tools.
Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to clients.
The standard of each call should be properly maintained in a comprehensive manner taking into view each aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems and offer appropriate solutions to them
Should have the ability to work in a team and interact with the client.
Providing support to internal and external end users. The job will require to handle inbound calls / Emails / Chats regarding technical issues for end users. Willing to work on rotational shifts.
