Business Development Executive for a Bangalore based Hospital Consumable Company
Kerala (#Calicut, #Mallapuram, #Cochin, #Trivandrum)
Experience: 6 months to Two years of sales experience, in any industry (e.g. FMCG, FMCD, BSFI etc.) or specifically from Hospital Consumables manufacturing company
Education: Any Graduation (preferably B. Pharm/B.Sc./BDS/MBBS)
Age: 21 to 25 years
Linguistic abilities:
Good Communication Skills in Local language (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/ Malayalam) and in English
Candidates who can understand and speak in National language (Hindi) are preferred.
Mobility requirements:
Possessing valid driving license and owning two wheeler is a must for doing field sales in one /two/ three districts assigned to BDE
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Selection process: Interviews + Online assessments + Group discussions + Reference check

Responsibilities:
A.Creating, updating and expanding client database -by visiting hospitals and clinics to collect the relevant information
B.Evaluate customer needs and generate sales leads
C.Make sales calls (visit Doctors, Para-medical staff, Pharmacists, Purchase managers in the hospitals) and sell the products/services
D.Build long-lasting relationships with customers
E.Daily reporting about work (through tablet/personal computer/laptop/mobile)
F.Achieve sales targets of individual(self) and team to earn attractive incentives
G.Attendcompany meetings, sales events, trainings and industry exhibitions
Professional development:
There will be 2 weeks induction program in Bangalore.

Compensation:

1.80 to 2.40 Lakhs per Annum +
Incentives (around 2.00 lakhs) +
Allowances (TA, DA etc.)Compensation shall be revised at the time of confirmation of permanent employment, based on performance in the probationary period.
