Reporting Ensuring the required assistance towards Procurement colleagues when addressing special data requirements which need additional deep-dive in SAP ERP. Requires working with the Process Specialist in understanding the functional requirement and then translating the same into report to be extracted through SAP
Systems implementation NiceProcure is the global procurement tool used at org and as a part of the Systems roadmap implementing the technical product in SAP Ariba (Ariba P2O and Strategic Sourcing)
Systems support and maintenance Supporting updates and upgrades towards existing NiceProcure modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, SLP) and company Market Place. Ensuring up-time of the platform and working closely with Ariba support in ensuring timely resolution of open issues
Systems administration Systems administrator of SAP Ariba and managing the user roles and profiles

Skills and competencies:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP (SAP MM and SAP PM) and/ or SAP Ariba modules (notably Ariba P2O and Strategic Sourcing)
Demonstrate strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
Key skills SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP Ariba (all modules), SAP reporting, MS Excel (advanced level), ABAP (preferred)
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with computer science/business background
Specialization in procurement processes/ SCM would be an added advantage
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP (SAP MM and SAP PM) and/ or SAP Ariba modules (notably Ariba P2O and Strategic Sourcing)
