Job Description
Manage the staffing and requisition fulfillment process ensuring that the clients needs are being met.
Work with and communicate with Suppliers to make sure that proper feedback, projections, and critical communications are being relayed in a timely manner. This also includes providing Workspendmanagement with feedback on any performance issues.
Maintain the VMS with strong attention to details of staffing, hiring and on-boarding process of the contingent workforce. This will include updating the system with rate changes, processing contract extensions, processing releases/terminations and updating other data as necessary.
Support onsite program operations team with back-office operations while exercising discretion and independent judgment with respectto matters of significance to our clients and general business operations.
Provide strong professional management of the onsite contingent workforce to include, but not limited to, interviewing, screening, selection/deselection, orientation, supervision, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions up to and including releases/terminations based on client guidelines.
Managing the accurate capture of time & attendance of the contingent workforce and payroll on a weekly basis.
Work with programmanagement to ensure metrics, SLAs, forecasts and market trend data are shared proactively with all client sponsors.
