Job Description


Summary :
Responsible for creating memorable social events that converts every guest into a brand ambassador for the hotel which results in increased number of weddings/social events and overall revenue. Generate leads, manage, coordinate and execute all wedding/social events acquisition activities of the hotel and to secure new and repeat business for the hotel.
Travel to potential wedding related trade events to acquire prospective future business and relationship building. Review the reports compiled by the Revenue Manager and discuss strategies, opportunities and threats with the Marketing taskforce
Qualifications :
  • Experience inhandling weddings either in the hospitality industry or with an event company/wedding planner.
  • Savvy with current trends and understands usage of technology.
  • Team player with the ability to manage and lead teams

Personality- Someone who genuinely enjoys workingwith people, customer-centric ,well networked , warm , approachable , empathetic , provides solutions, manages conflict and has excellent negotiation skills coupled with commercial acumen
