Job Description
- Create quality and fact-filled content that can convince readers to do the favourable actions
- Accurate and end to end project management without any internal & External escalations
- Deliver on all stages of a project from start-up to finish within the established timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects to successful completion
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through surveys, interviews and analysis with internal and external stakeholders
- Determine needs, develop course content and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
- Ability to research various business functions, industry topics and create smart content
- Utilize graphics editing and media creation programs to develop prototypes and storyboards
- Create new ways of engaging members through content such as videos; snippet videos; info graphics; slideshows etc.
- Using Content Management System effectively
- Preparing good curriculum as per training requirement
- Gain understanding of in-house content creation tools and quality standards
- Design, create an engaging, interactive and highly creative piece that can set brand tone in a convincing manner
- Write and develop precise, concise, and compelling contextual information
- Conducting and Attending TTT's/Master Trainer Certifications
- Conducting Interviews (Training Partners & Trainers)
- Conduct research on Accounts and Finance topic.
Skill Requirement
- Content Development and Writing Experience of at least 3 years with proven track record
- Any passionate candidate with 2-5 years experience holding CFP /CFA / MBA /CA / ICWA / MS finance / MS Economics can apply for this position
- Should have experience in BFSI- Banking & Finance for over 3-5 years.
- Good Knowledge about using Content Management System
- Fairly good knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Macromedia flash, MS- FrontPage etc would be of benefit in this profession. (Not Mandatory)
- Exceptional Communication skills/ Market Research skills/ Presentation skills.
- Strong skills to analyse and research on the topic of content development
Qualification :Graduate
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
