Drives technical (HL and LL) design and implementation for major components of focused solutions
Engages with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration/migration
Provides overall Salesforce technical expertise including integration, migration and deployment strategy
Leads technical requirements gathering/ discovery, design (technical and functional) and workshops for projects
Involves with architecting creative solutions, solving clients business and technical problems and approach
Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
Defines business processes using CRM & SFDC best practices, Proof of Concepts and technical solution
Mentors and manage team members, passionate, technology leader in delivering robust, scalable solutions
