Collection 

Responsibility:

Resolving the queries of delinquent customers
Agency visits
Visits on critical delinquent accounts
Collecting payments from customers
Cash compilation from agencies and deposition
Receipt recon
Punching of receipts in IC4
Customer refunds
Penal settlement request
Maintaining registers
Exception clearance
Providing system related information of accounts to executives who are on field
Audit related activities Etc
