JOB TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER

Job description:

Day to day management of civil works / maintenance works at various sites in Chennai and a good Team leader. Prior experience in the field of construction / maintenance of residential / commercial buildings / complexes desirable. Capability to source vendors, negotiation, contract management and perusal of bills / payment etc. Overall, the candidate should be well versed in the subject and to be pro-active with good interpersonal relationship. Must be fluent in Tamil both spoken and written.

Experience: 10-20 years.

Salary Annual CTC: 3 to 3.5 lakhs.
