Need to listen to calls understand verification requirements as per the process need to confirm the leads and have to assign the verified Leads in the portal.

Once the lead is updated in the portal verifier needs to monitor deputed leads through written & Verbal follow-up with the Sales team PAN India till the Lead is (Accepted / Qualified).

Required Skills:-

-Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.

-Excellent phone and cold calling skills (calling experience in Sales/Collection department.).
