Job Description

Job Functions /Responsibilities:

The job entails the team member to support eCW cloud hosted clients and self-hosted clients to resolve their application performance issues. The candidate needs to have strong technical knowledge, communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Have out of the box thinking approach to be able to correlate issues between multiple modules and layers of the application. The candidate should be eager to learn and take new initiatives to solve the problem.

Skills/Abilities:

1. Hands on Experience in Java, SQL

2. Experience in application performance testing and database performance testing.

3. Knowledge of Tomcat, JConsole, chrome developer tools

4. Basic knowledge of networking layers and networking protocols. OSI, TCP etc.

5. Should have hands-on experience in Jmeter, along with above skills. The employee will be responsible for creating Jmeter scripts, running tests, analyzing results and reporting issues.

6. Should be a team player and approachable.

7. Should have strong communication skills

8.Can work under pressure.

Educational Requirements:

BE/BTech

Shift Timings: 12pm to 9 pm IST (Transport Available)
