Job Description
Job Title: Project Lead
Exp. Level: 7+ yrs.
Work timing - 1 to 10 pm
Work location: Mumbai, Andheri
Job description
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise and experience with n-tier architecture, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2008/2012, MVC, Jquery, WebApi, AJAX, .Net Core, Angular. The candidate should have experience working on complex web-based development with involvement in planning, designing and coding phases of the application/product. Knowledge of client-side scripting libraries using Javascript/Jquery, XML, CSS, JavaScript and a strong grasp of OO principles are desired. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
Responsibilities
Assist with leadership and direction for the users and applications
Act as service delivery and liaison when necessary
Assist and share responsibility for professional and technical leadership, efficiency, productivity and deliverable of development team members assigned under direct or indirect supervision
Participate in meetings and workshops as required
Coaching and Mentoring
Quality assurance and code review of tasks involving development
Provide technical oversight and guidance as needed in the development of new and existing projects
Actively participate in mentoring of software developers
Analysis and Design
Play a key role in gathering requirements, analysis and design of new applications
Adhere and assist in establishment and appropriate continuous ongoing implementation of coding standards, procedures and techniques
Actively develop new applications with almost no assistance
Qualifications
Experience with the full Microsoft Stack (front and back-end)
Five or more years of experience with object oriented (OO) methodologies and programming design patterns
Seven or more years of experience delivering software applications
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related tools and expertise in understanding of RDBMS's and optimization techniques
Demonstrated experience of leading a team of developers
Five or more years of experience with the development, testing and deployment of software
An aptitude to learning new technologies to support business requirements
Preferred Skills:
* Excellent written, verbal communication and customer interfacing skills
* Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
