Designation : Quality Automation Testing Engineer

Qualification : Any IT Backround

Experience : 4 to 5 yrs

Salary : 2.5 to 3 lacs

Location : Madurai

JD : Technical Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge in Python, core Java, Groovy, Node.js, and ReadyAPI.
- Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development
processes.
- Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD
- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly with Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- The QA Automation Engineer will be involved in creating and executing test cases
and will work interactively with Development Team, Product Engineering and fellow
QA team members to improve the quality of the NFV product. Additionally, should be
able to effectively participate in meetings, clearly articulate project risk and provide
concise recommendations to Development and Management.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely
and meaningful feedback
- Automate smoke and regression test cases using Selenium and other web-based
tools
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Analyze test coverage and results to ensure complete functionality coverage.
- Partner with software development team to ensure testing & automation coverage is
comprehensive and has full coverage.
- Any additional task given to the incumbent from time to time based on business
needs
