Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a positive, confident and talented Business Executive with excellent communication skills that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You would be responsible for promoting various software solutions in the construction industry from globally leading developers like Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble etc. Customers would include various consultant (Architects, Structural, HVAC, Landscaping, PMC, etc.), contractors and developers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Sales and promotion of various software solutions for Architecture, Construction and Engineering Industry.
Building long-term relationship with customers and achieve high customer satisfaction & repeat business.
Organize and schedule either remote or on site product demos emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders
Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals. Provide accurate forecast and achieve / exceed your assigned targets.
Populate and maintain a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management
Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
