Position: Corporate HR Executive
Function: Talent Acquistion
Job Location: BKC Mumbai
Job Description:
- Will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquistion (VP) and will suppport him and lead in coprorate recruitment (CXOs, Sr Positions)
- Will source apt profiles from shine portal, linkedin, soical media and self network to close open corporate positions
- Will interview, screen profiles and schedule them for interveiws with departmental heads and will coordiante till position closure till joining
- Will maintain corporate hiring tracker to track recruitment requirements and closures
- Will coordinate with senior business leaders at a corporate level to work on hiring needs
- Individual contributor role
Eligibility:
- Expert in recruitment and experienced in sourcing leadership hiring
- Great communications skills, fluent in english language and capability to coordinate with senior business leaders
- Good with excel
- Strong in sourcing profiles from job portals, social media and whatsapp groups, and own network
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under stringent timelines
- Ability to handle pressure and to priortize tasks and time management
- 5 day working
- 3rd party payroll
