We are looking for an HR Analyst to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data employment trends. If you have a knack for identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions and recommending solutions, wed like to meet you.
HR Analyst responsibilities include:
- Develop insight / patters on employee movement for business interventions
- Calculating retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Employee Database management
Responsibilities
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Assist Business HRs with insight on employee related trends for respective zones
- Track employee productivity and Assess results from our employee performance reviews
- Analyze various employees answers to internal / external surveys (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR procedures
Requirements
- Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
- Good research abilities
- Post-Graduation with specialization in Human Resources
