Immediate requirement for Team Leader Operations

Location :- Hyderabad

Looking for Immediate Joiners

Shifts :- Rotational 24/7

Transportation :- Available (pick and drop)

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Team lead is mandate.
• International voice Customer service experience is a must
• Experience in Voice/ Blended process
• Responsible for managing team, motivating the team through effective management, career development & Implementation of reporting mechanisms.
• Managing attendance, shrinkage, attrition & AHT for the team.
• To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment
• Track and monitor service delivery as per the SOW
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities
• Answer operations related queries from the client and internal stakeholders
• Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverable's
• To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals
• Manage expectations of his/her team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs
• Represent the organization and participate in client visits and reviews
• Accountable of team and process performance
