Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers door step.
• Responsible to travel with in the assigned territory/cluster for disbursing loans as per the laid process.
• Responsible for lead generation through existing Customers/database.
• Coordinate with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related Customers, Disbursal, Process etc.
• Responsible for adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization.

• Responsible for Lead Generation and Business Development
• Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth
• Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals
• Responsible for adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education : Any graduation
• Previous experience of gold loan preferred
• Travel Allowance will be given additional
• Sales manager : Previous experience in Sales - Gold loan as a product
• Loan Manager : Previous experience of minimum 1 year Gold Valuation / Gold Appraising experience in any of Gold Loans Firm.
• Must be willing to travel with in the assigned Territory/Cluster.
• Must will be willing to meet customers at Door step.
• Must be good in Communications in Marathi & Hindi
