LOCATION: GURGOAN
Budget : Upto 25 Lpa
Experience: 8- 15 yrs. +

JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Infrastructure Managed Service Lead, having experience in Solutioning Infrastructure Managed Services (Data Center Transformation Services, Cloud Managed Services, End User Computing Services, RIM, NOC, ITSM, ITOM, RBA, Service Automation)
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Keep abreast on Technology trends and market needs around IT Services
  • Package new offerings to complement the current offerings portfolio
  • Assess the current offerings portfolio and repackage for better penetrations
  • Develop industry specific technical whitepapers and collaterals on Transformation in IT Managed Services
  • Create collaterals and case studies based on offerings and work delivered by Organization, demonstrating the ability to address customers specific business needs.
  • Regular interaction with Regional Sales team to understand customer pain points on IT services and suggest remedial measures which can create avenues for business
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to position Organization service offerings in the context of the customers industry and the customers own performance.
  • Actively participate and contribute to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities.
  • Translate a strong understanding of the customer context into defining and building a strong, winning proposition that address the pain-points.
  • Put together winning solutions in response to RFPs, working closely with Sales and delivery owners for delivery imperatives and cost inputs and sales / account owners.
  • Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales / Account Owners on specific pursuits.
  • Vertical domain understanding from BFSI/Mfg./ Telecom/ Govt/PSU/ Healthcare.
  • Create Vertical specific solutions use cases.
  • Preparing the technical & commercial requirement & Proposal based on request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP).
  • Timely response to all Request for proposals & Information request
  • Develop RFP by understanding the customer needs and their business requirement
  • Gather detailed requirements from Incoming RFPs
  • Discussions with customer and other stake holders to seek clarifications on RFP if required
  • Participate and team up with sales, delivery and partner ecosystem to provide complete solutions to customers
  • Arrive at Technical proposal with right Service design & solution based on the RFP need

REQUIRED SKILL
  • Graduate with min 8-15 years of experience in IT Service delivery / IT Services Presales role
  • 5 years in the respective region / market.
  • Techno savvy with inclination to learn new technologies
  • Good understanding on Service delivery methodologies and frameworks
  • Good understanding of IT Services Management Tools and Technologies ITSM, ITAM, UEM, RBA, RPA, Service Automation, ITOM, AIOps.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
  • Advanced computer skills MS office, MS project and Visio
  • Ability to manage own workload and set priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and handle tight deadlines.
  • Ability to function effectively in stressful situations/circumstances.
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Pro-active approach.
  • Experience in building and responding to RFPs.
  • ITIL Certification is desirable
  • Experience in engaging with CXOs of Fortune 500 / 200 companies.
  • Strategic Engagements with the OEM/Partners.
