Job Description
Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssembling and leading the project team.
Well versed and experienced with different SDLC methodologies
Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Participating and supervising in each stage of the project.
Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
Tracking milestones, deliverable, and change requests.
Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Delivering completed project and performing regular checks on the projects performance.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 15 years experience in the Software Industry
Excellent understanding and expertise on Core Java, Spring/Spring boot, MVC, Hibernate framework, JSP; Oracle and MySQL.
Managed end to end product development.
Candidate should be having experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent project management and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Should have experience in leading Software Development teams and working independently.
Should able to work under pressure and motivate team to get expected output.
Candidate should be able to lead a team with 10-15 team members.
Should be able to drive the project independently.
Requirements / Qualifications:
A Bachelor's /Masters degree in Computer Sciences Engineering, Information Technology, software development management, software engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years experience in the Software Industry.
Proven experience in project management and software development.
Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
Excellent technical knowledge.
Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
