Solution Design Innovation

1 Design high quality, scalable, secure and resilient solutions for Target and the requirements of its existing or potential clients.
2 Utilise effective design capability that can be articulated to clients and internal teams for the development of proposed solutions.
3 Sit on the internal Design Authority Board (DAB) and review proposed designs to ensure compliance with the agreed terms of reference for Targets technical strategy.
4 Play a key role in Targets digital transformation by utilising their skills and knowledge of the IT industry to shape solutions.
5 Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies to project teams and senior leadership.
6 Research, investigate, propose and introduce new technologies/third party applications to ensure Target remains relevant within the market.

Bid Support:
1 Working closely with Sales, Bid and Commercial teams, providing application and technical knowledge support to the bid process.
2 The Solution Owner for all Bid opportunities you are allocated.
3 Owning the process of engagement with all areas of the business and articulating the proposed solution design.
4 Acquiring sign-off of the proposed solution from all key stakeholders.

1 Liaise with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of the business.
2 Provide client facing professional experience and capability, understanding Targets Core Propositions.
3 Provide assurance to the customer that Targets capabilities match their expectations.
4 Support the servicing/operation divisions to ensure that technology solutions can be adequately supported.
5 Occasional travel to client sites providing consultancy and presenting existing or new solutions.
6 Understand the impact changes has on our Clients and their portfolios
