Job Description

1.Shall independently handle vendor registration activities for Govt. / PSUs / Private Sectors.
2.Shall manage the Vendor Registration Database and update them on daily basis.
3.Shall be able to search for Offline/Online, E-tenders of related products and services as per the guidance of the HOD.
4.Shall proactively approach companies and clients for information on vendor registration.
5.Shall update the products and services on GeM portal on daily basis.
6.Shall have knowledge about MSME, NSIC, and similar other govt. bodies.
7.Shall be able to prepare EOD report on daily basis.
8.Shall be able to prepare their KRA on weekly basis.
9.Shall have thorough Documentation Knowledge for KYC/Vendor registration purposes.
10.Shall have basic knowledge of EMD/Tender Fee/FD Receipts.
11.Shall rigorously follow-up with the customers vendor department on timely basis to get the registration done as soon as possible.
12.Shall know how to use DSC.
13.Shall be able to communicate about companys products and services to the customer through emails, phones, messages or any other means of formal communication.
