Our client is an emerging firm that is providing cash management solution to banks. This FinTech firm has designed a platform that allows cash to be easily obtained from any partner outlet, further revolutionising virtual banking.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Maintaining and supporting production system alerts
Communicating the state of service availability and continuity to business
Working with business to set up alerts for business functions
Working closely with test, development and requirements team members to analyze, investigate and resolve Tickets
Providing responses to user inquiries related to system features
Triaging and managing Help Desk tickets and ensuring follow through to closure

The Profile

You have 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk, or similar role.
You are familiar with SQL, Document oriented stores and relational databases.
You have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
You ideally have knowledge of Grafana, PromQL.
You have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
You possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills
You are able to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
You are willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment
